My name is Kendrick Bradley, and I am the founder and Managing Attorney for K.E. Bradley Attorney and Counselor at Law. I am a U.S Army Veteran and proud of my firm's certification as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). I have a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) along with my Juris Doctorate (JD) and Certification in International and Immigration Law.
I served ten years as a United States Army Officer before being medically discharged due to an injury I incurred in Iraq. After leaving the military, I served as a mid-level manager in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry until returning to school to study law.
As a law student, I provided pro bono mediation services to the Houston community. I also interned for the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR) at the Social Security Administration, as well as the Regional Chief Counsel’s Office of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in both Houston, Texas and the New York Office, while studying Sports Management at Columbia University.
Since beginning my law practice, I have continued my advocacy for the disabled, veterans, and minorities through my work with Veteran Service Organizations (VSO), civil rights and employment law. However, during this time my primary practice area has been personal injury, litigating 18-wheeler and auto accidents, as well as slip and falls. Furthermore, I am a certified mediator and notary. (Mediation is an alternative to litigation that is both a timely and financially efficient way to resolve disputes.) When I'm not in the courtroom, I enjoy spending time with my family and participating in American Legion and Disabled American Veterans (DAV) events.
